I want to submit a transfer/rumour

This is how you can submit/rumour a transfer to Elite Prospects

To submit a transfer, click the “SUBMIT TRANSFER/RUMOR” option right above the confirmed transfers window on your home screen. Insert the required information and click “SUBMIT”.
