If you have cancelled your subscription, but still being charged, this is what to do.
If you are still being charged despite cancelling your subscription, the most likely reason is that you at some point created a duplicate subscription using another email/account. You have likely cancelled one subscription, but not the second one.
Contact us and provide the last 4 digits of your credit card number as well as the date you were most recently charged. Using that information, we should be able to identify which account is still being charged and cancel the second subscription for you.
